Primordial Sound Meditation:
Primordial Sound Meditation (PSM) is a powerful healing practice, which origins are from the ancient Vedic tradition of India. Chopra Center co-founders Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. David Simon have
revived this ancient practice and made it available in a format that’s easy to learn.
I n Primordial Sound Meditation, we use the vehicle of sound, in the form of a mantra, enabling us to move beyond the mind’s busy activity and emotional turbulence into profound peace and expanded awareness.
Primordial sounds are the basic, most essential sounds of nature. Your personal mantra is one of the 108 prime seed sounds of the Sanskrit language. The mantra you will receive is the vibration the universe was creating at the time and place of your birth, and it is calculated following Vedic mathematic formulas.
IM Meditation In Motion:
IM Meditation-In-Motion combines the techniques of meditation accompanied by the gentle rhythms of music and the expression of intuitive body movements. This form enables the student to achieve a state of calmness as they align their mind, body and spirit.
T his form is especially beneficial for those who believe they cannot sit still and meditate. With this practice students will be able to finally experience the stillness within.
As the great Sufi poet wrote “In order to understand the dance, one must be still. And in order to truly understand stillness one must dance”.
